Marketing
What every channel costs you, what it brings back, and which one is quietly carrying the rest.
Right now you'd have to guess. Bravaya follows the money from the click to the bank account, tells you what's actually broken, and hands you a plan with an end date.
No card. No demo call. You'll hear from us while we build,
and we'll keep those emails worth opening.
You're short on a straight answer.
“Facebook says 47 conversions. Google says 23. Your CRM says 31. Which one do you trust?”
“The real problem is that my final profit never quite matches what's in my bank account.”
“I'm so friggin tired of paying for ads and flushing money down the drain.”
“I've been shooting in the dark for too long. Bring me to the light!”
“Most agencies operate like a black box. You pay them. Stuff happens. They send you a report. You have no idea what's actually going on.”
“So the laptop stays shut, the invoice pile grows, and the only time the numbers get looked at is when the accountant calls in a panic at tax time.”
Real quotes from business owners and agency operators, collected October 2026.
Every tool you own stops at the marketing metrics. So when the month is bad, marketing takes the blame and somebody turns the ads off.
Half the time the leak is somewhere else entirely. Follow-up that never happened. A price that stopped covering your costs. A tracking setup that has been quietly wrong since March. Nothing you are paying for is looking there.
Four places money goes missing. Most tools watch one of them.
What every channel costs you, what it brings back, and which one is quietly carrying the rest.
Where leads stop moving. Whether anyone followed up. What a booked call is actually worth once it closes.
What it really costs to deliver the thing. Built up from hours and rates, not guessed at.
Margin by service. True cost per customer. The minimum you can charge without losing money on the deal.
Every step below ran by hand, on real client accounts,
for years before it was software.
Google, YouTube, Meta. Anything without a direct connection, upload a CSV and Bravaya will read it, map it, and score it next to everything else. You don't wait on an integration to get an answer.
Every other tool assumes your data is right and builds on top of it. If your conversion event is firing on three of eight forms, you find that out first, because advice built on a broken number is worse than no advice.
Not "your conversion rate is low." More like what that conversion rate is costing you a month, with the working shown. That is what makes it obvious which thing to fix first.
About two months of work, sequenced week by week, ranked by what is costing you most. Two or three live priorities at a time, not a forty-item checklist nobody opens twice.
Bravaya pulls the data again after you mark something done and tells you whether the number actually moved. Most tools hand you a recommendation and walk away. This one follows up.

Answer four and I'll tell you which of the three you are, and what that usually means about where the money is going. Takes about ninety seconds.
We went looking. Forty-nine companies. These three kept coming up empty.
Every analytics product on the market assumes its inputs are correct. Yours usually aren't.
If a number is a best guess, it says so on the number. You shouldn't have to ask which parts to trust.
You did the thing. Did the number move? One product in the entire category even claims to answer that, and it's still on a waitlist.
You already have enough software that nickels you. This is the part
of the category we built Bravaya to get away from.
Add your bookkeeper. Add your ops lead. Add the VA who pulls the numbers on Mondays. The price doesn't move.
Connect everything you have. Charging you to plug in your own data is a toll booth, not a feature.
No blurred-out numbers. No "unlock this finding." If Bravaya found something in your business, it is yours.
We do have partners, and we'll say so when one comes up. The finding doesn't move either way.
On partners: we only name tools and people we have used ourselves or vetted against your situation, and the full finding is yours whether you take the referral or not.

Dallas, TX · did this by hand for years first
I started out as a business owner in marketing. I could tell you exactly what every campaign did, and I could not tell you how any of it connected back to the business as revenue.
Over time I worked out that it was a data problem, not a marketing problem. How was I supposed to make a decision if I could not see the data clearly?
I started building my own internal audits to connect those dots for clients. They worked. They also took forever. Every new client meant starting the whole thing over by hand, and the thing I built to grow my business had quietly become the bottleneck holding it back.
I went looking for a tool that could do most of it for me so I could audit faster. Nothing existed. I built it instead, for other businesses and for the agencies serving them.
This came out of my own pain point and quite a few other people's. Data should not be confusing. There is room for everyone at the table to learn, adapt, and make faster decisions that actually move revenue.
Bravaya opens to a small first group. Get on the list and you'll hear before anyone else, at the price the first group gets.
No card. No demo call. Build updates and first access,
and one click to leave whenever you want.
